I’ve taken my love of cooking & experimenting with new recipes and turned it into a small, home-based business. I am constantly searching for new ingredients to play with in my kitchen. You never know what might be going on in my Madhouse…it could be 4am and I am up boiling 6 pounds of Serrano chiles for a fresh batch of “Squirty Sauce” or it could be 9am and I am grilling Spam and Chipotle hummus for a torta…something is always cooking in my kitchen.
